Ring Die Pellet Mill for Pellet Production - Price and Applications

The price of a ring die pellet mill depends primarily on its capacity, drive power, equipment configuration and level of automation. When selecting a machine, it is important to consider the type of raw material, the required pellet diameter, the planned operating time and the expected production capacity.

A ring die pellet mill can operate together with a feeder, mixer, conveyors and other components of a complete pellet production line. Uniform feeding of properly prepared raw material increases process stability, minimizes the risk of downtime and extends the service life of working components.

GT-D ring die pellet mills are widely used for:

  • production of pellets from sawdust and wood waste;
  • pelleting straw and plant biomass;
  • processing sunflower, rapeseed and rice husks;
  • pelleting peat and peat mixtures;
  • production of pellets from energy crops;
  • construction of new and modernization of existing pellet production lines.

How to Choose the Right Ring Die Pellet Mill?

A properly selected pellet mill should match the actual needs of your farm or production facility. Not only the declared capacity is important, but also the moisture content and composition of the raw material, the required pellet diameter and compatibility with the remaining equipment in the production line.

A professionally selected ring die pellet mill is the foundation of efficient fuel pellet production. It ensures stable operation, high-quality finished pellets and allows the production line to be expanded as production requirements grow.
