Screening set ZP-3

ZP-3 Screening Set is a modern technological solution designed for separating impurities from bulk materials in sectors such as construction, mining, the timber industry, and the energy sector. The device enables effective sorting of materials such as sand, sawdust, coal, aggregate, peat, or wood chips, ensuring high separation precision and a capacity of up to 28 m³/h.

The set consists of two main components: a feeder with a spacious tank (3.5 m³) adapted for mechanical loading and a drum screen. The tank can be filled directly from a tractor or Manitou bucket.

The screen is built on a solid, welded frame and equipped with a rotating drum, a chain mechanism, and a gear motor. The inclined structure and forced cleaning system ensure a continuous, smooth screening process. Smaller fractions pass through the screen holes, while larger ones are discharged through a separate channel.
