Screening set ZP-5

ZP-5 Screening Set is an efficient and reliable solution for sorting bulk materials by particle size and separating coarse particles from a homogeneous fine mass. The device is used in the construction, mining, and wood industries, where effective and continuous raw material classification is crucial.

The screener consists of a welded structural frame on which a circular drum screen is mounted, coupled with a chain drive mechanism with a gear motor and a feed auger with a hopper. The simple and robust design ensures stable operation and long service life of the installation.

The rotation of the drum combined with its slight inclination ensures smooth movement of the material through the screen. Fine fractions, such as sand, sawdust, or peat, pass through the screen openings, while larger elements—e.g., stones, coal, or coarser aggregates—are effectively separated and directed to the discharge outlet.

The ZP-5 set includes:

• Buffer hopper ZK-1with a capacity of 8.8 m³, equipped with two vibrating motors and a screen for initial raw material calibration
• Two belt conveyors
• Drum calibrator

Special attention should be paid to the ZP-5 discharge conveyor, which can be made in various lengths: 3 m, 5 m, 7 m or 9 m, depending on customer requirements. In its standard configuration, the TLU conveyor is 5 m long and is equipped with a CMRV 090 gear motor (ratio 1/60, power 2.2 kW).
