Screw Conveyor PS-12

Screw Conveyor PS-12 is the longest model in this series, intended for moving bulk materials over a distance of 12 meters. It was designed for stations where the feeding point is located at a greater distance from the receiving point and where a mobile solution is needed instead of a fixed conveyor.

The conveyor can operate with grain, feed, pellets, granulates, sawdust, and other bulk materials. A conveying tube with a diameter of 127 mm allows the material to be conveyed along the entire working length, while the mobile design makes it possible to use the device in different places on the farm or company premises.

12 meters of conveying reach

The 12-meter length means that the PS-12 can be used in handling larger transfer stations, warehouses, bins, and other places requiring material feeding over a considerable distance.

Adjustable supports allow the height setting of the tube and its angle of inclination to be changed. This makes it possible to match the discharge point to the height of the receiver and adjust the position of the conveyor to the current station configuration.

Practical mobility

Despite its 12 m length, the device retains a mobile character. Transport wheels make it easier to move it between stations, and the demountable design makes it more convenient to prepare the conveyor for transport and seasonal storage.

When changing the method of material intake, the feed hopper can also be removed. This makes it possible to collect raw material directly from a pile or heaped material, without the need to use an additional feeding device in specific working conditions.

Two drive options

For the PS-12 model, the motor type can optionally be selected according to the place and method of use. Available are an electric motor with a power of 3 kW and a petrol engine with a power of 6.5 HP. The first variant will prove suitable for operation with permanent access to the electrical network, while the second provides greater independence during field work.
