Screw Conveyor PS-6

Screw Conveyor PS-6 is a compact device intended for efficient feeding and conveying of bulk materials over a section with a length of 6 meters. The design was prepared with farms, warehouses, and facilities engaged in the processing and transport of grain in mind, where quick organization of loading operations is important.

The conveyor can be used for transporting grain, feed, pellets, granulates, sawdust, and other bulk materials. The working tube with a diameter of 127 mm provides suitable conditions for continuous movement of the material, and the 6 m length allows convenient operation of stations located at a short and medium distance from the receiving or loading point.

Mobile transport system

PS-6 is equipped with a design enabling easy movement of the device between workstations. Transport wheels make it easier to change its position, while the disassemblable design simplifies transporting and storing the conveyor outside the season.

The height and angle of positioning can be adjusted to a specific task using adjustable supports mounted to the working tube. This allows the material feeding point to be adapted to the height of a tank, trailer, warehouse, or other device cooperating with the conveyor.

Flexible material feeding

The conveyor has a demountable feed hopper. After removing it, it is possible to collect material directly from a piled heap or stack, which increases the range of applications of the device and allows it to be used in various working conditions.

PS-6 can work with different types of bulk materials, therefore it will prove useful both in work related to the reloading of grain and feed, and in the transport of pellets, sawdust, or other raw materials used in production.

Drive selection

Depending on the operating conditions, the type of motor can optionally be selected. A version with a 3 kW electric motor is available, intended primarily for operation in places with access to a power supply, as well as a version with a 6.5 hp gasoline engine, which will prove useful where greater independence from the electrical grid is required.
