Screw Conveyor PS-9

Screw Conveyor PS-9 has been designed for transporting bulk materials over a distance of 9 metres, providing a convenient connection between the loading point and the receiving point. It is intended for work with raw materials that require efficient and orderly movement during loading, unloading, or subsequent stages of production.

The device can handle grain, feed, pellet, granulates, sawdust, and other bulk products. The applied working tube with a diameter of 127 mm creates a closed material transport path, and the 9-metre length allows the conveyor to be used in more extensive technological systems than shorter models.

Design adapted for operation in various places

PS-9 does not require permanent assignment to one workstation. The design equipped with transport wheels allows the device to be moved according to the current needs of the farm or plant. Detachable elements make it easier to prepare the conveyor for transport and storage.

Supports mounted using metal clamps allow the position of the tube to be adjusted. In this way, the operator can set the appropriate height and material feeding angle without carrying out complicated assembly work.

Hopper and raw material intake

One of the practical solutions used in PS-9 is an easily detachable hopper. After it is disconnected, the conveyor can collect material directly from a pile or heaped stack. This solution makes it possible to adapt the loading method to the available space and the type of work being carried out.

Drive adapted to the place of work

The user can optionally choose the type of motor appropriate to the planned method of using the device. Available are an electric motor with a power of 3 kW or a petrol engine with a power of 6.5 hp. The electric version is suitable for workstations equipped with a power supply, while the petrol engine allows the conveyor to be used also outside places with permanent access to electricity.
