Screw Dewatering Machine SL-180 is an efficient machine designed for the mechanical separation of the solid fraction from liquid in materials with high moisture content. The machine operates continuously, does not require the use of coagulants or other chemical agents, which significantly reduces operating costs. The design based on a low-speed screw ensures quiet operation, low energy consumption and high dewatering efficiency.

Model SL-180 is used in farms, biogas plants, food processing plants and companies involved in the management of organic waste. Thanks to the adjustable pressing system, the machine can be easily adapted to different types of processed biomass.

Principle of operation

Material with a moisture content of 85% to 95% is fed into the working chamber, where the rotating screw generates axial and radial pressure. The liquid is discharged through a perforated screen drum, while the solid fraction is moved towards the pressure mechanism and subjected to further pressing. Backpressure adjustment makes it possible to change the degree of dewatering and the machine capacity.

Screw Dewatering Machine SL-180 is intended for dewatering cattle, pig and poultry slurry, beet pulp, brewers' spent grain, distillery stillage, waste from the food and meat industry, and other organic materials used for the production of compost, bedding or biofuels.
