Description

Screw Dewatering Machine SL-280 is the most efficient model in the series intended for intensive operation with large quantities of organic materials. The device was designed for enterprises that process significant amounts of biomass every day and expect maximum performance while maintaining high reliability.

The reinforced construction, a screw made of stainless steel, and an adjustable pressing system enable effective separation of the liquid fraction from the solid fraction even during many hours of continuous operation. The process takes place exclusively by mechanical method, without the use of coagulants and other chemical additives.

Principle of operation

Material with moisture content from 85% to 95% is fed into the working chamber, where the rotating screw generates axial and radial pressure. The liquid fraction is discharged through the slots of the screen drum, while the solid material is moved to the compression mechanism, where its final pressing takes place. Pressure adjustment makes it possible to adapt the capacity and the dewatering level to the type of processed raw material.

Application

Screw Dewatering Machine SL-280 is intended for large livestock farms, biogas plants, agri-food processing plants, and enterprises involved in the management of organic waste. It handles the dewatering of slurry, sludge, brewer's spent grain, beet pulp, distillery stillage, and other materials requiring efficient separation of liquid from the solid fraction very well.
