Description
WT-150 Screw Oil Press is our most efficient oil press machine. It was designed for the production of high-value oil using the cold-pressing method.
It is characterized by high efficiency – approx. 120–150 kg per hour.
The raw materials can be: rapeseed, milk thistle, flaxseed, sunflower seeds, and many other oil plants. For other types of seeds, testing is required, which we can perform for you in our showroom. At the bottom of the description, you will find detailed data on pressing from individual raw materials.
It is possible to test this machine on your raw material in our warehouse!

Oil production process:
- The raw material is placed in the tank and then, passing through a flap, enters the screw.
- The screw crushes the seeds and pushes them into the pressing chamber, which consists of a cylinder with holes, a screw shaft generating pressure, a pressing cone, and an adjustment nut.
- The post-production waste is discharged through a gap in the nut, and the oil flows out through the holes in the chamber's cylinder.

- Cold pressing preserves the most important nutrients in the oil and extends its shelf life
- The extraction process does not require the use of chemical solvents
- The mechanism is durable and easy to clean
- This is the most efficient model in our offer (handles even 150 kg)

- Oil cake produced during pressing can be used, for example, as an additive to animal feed
Advantages of cold-pressed sunflower oil:
- Cold pressing preserves vitamins, fatty acids (incl. Omega 3 and 6), and other bioactive ingredients.
- Pleasant aroma and taste.
- Long shelf life. Unlike hot pressing, the finished oil does not become cloudy over time and does not acquire a rancid flavor.
- During cold pressing, a useful by-product remains, which after further processing can be used as meal for livestock, poultry, and fish.
