Screw oil press WT-50

WT-50 Screw Oil Press is a professional machine designed for cold-pressed oil production. It can process sunflower seeds (with shell) and many other oil-bearing plants. For some seeds, testing may be required — we offer free tests in our showroom! The machine allows for a capacity of approx. 6 liters per hour.

How the cold-press oil machine works:

1. The material placed in the hopper passes through the flap and falls into the screw.
2. The screw crushes the seeds and moves them to the pressing chamber, consisting of a perforated cylinder, pressure screw, press cone, and adjustable nut.
3. The by-product (cake) exits through the gap in the nut, while the oil flows out through the cylinder perforations.

Applications

The WT-50 cold oil press is suitable for locations where fresh cold-pressed vegetable oil is produced on a small or medium scale. Ideal for food production facilities, farms and agritourism businesses.
