Description
WT-75 Screw Oil Press is designed for the production of oil using the cold-pressing method. The device enables an output of approximately 16 liters per hour. It can press oil from rapeseed, milk thistle, flax, sunflower seeds, and other oil-bearing plants. For other raw materials, a free test at our company showroom is available. Cold-pressed oils have a lower content of substances that contribute to bad cholesterol, especially flaxseed and black cumin oil.
You can test this machine with your own raw material at our warehouse!
Oil Production Process
- Seeds are poured into the feed hopper
- The control valve regulates the flow of seeds to the feed screw
- The screw crushes the seeds and moves them to the pressing chamber
- As the screw rotates, it compresses the seeds, generating high pressure that extracts the oil which flows to the outlet
- Extraction degree is regulated by the adjusting nut
- Oilcake is discharged through the opening in the nut
