Shredder / Straw Chopper RD-1000

The RD-1000 Shredder is designed for grinding various types of stems and other organic materials. It shreds straw, grain, shavings, seeds, hay, alfalfa, reeds, grass, and leaves. As a result of this process, you obtain a fraction size between 3 and 20 millimeters, with a capacity of up to 600 kg per hour with a 6 mm screen or up to 1000 kg with a 20 mm screen.

The difference between the RD-500 and RD-1000 models is that the RD-1000 is equipped with a more powerful motor, a larger shredding chamber, and a rotor with more knives, which translates into higher efficiency for this model.

This straw shredder is equipped with a unique rotor weighing 45 kg, which allows it to achieve good performance with minimal energy consumption. In addition, the device is quite easy to use and very mobile – it can be easily transported. Perfectly suited for pellet production lines, as well as the production of granules and briquettes.
