Description

Single-drive disintegrator working module is the most important working element of the DIPS series disintegrator, responsible for the process of very precise grinding of materials by the impact method. The module is intended for the construction of new devices, modernization of existing installations, or replacement of a worn working part without the need to purchase a complete disintegrator.

The design has been adapted for operation with electric motors with a power of 4 kW or 5.5 kW, which makes it possible to match the device configuration to the required capacity and the type of processed material. Thanks to its compact design, the module can be easily integrated with your own machine design.

Operating principle

The grinding process takes place by the method of intensive impact action. The material enters into the zone of the rotating working disc equipped with grinding pins, where it is broken into very fine fractions as a result of repeated collisions with the working elements and between the material particles themselves.

This technology makes it possible to obtain high homogeneity of the final product and a very fine fraction while maintaining high process efficiency.

Application

Single-drive disintegrator working module is intended for grinding natural and artificial materials with a hardness of up to 4 on the Mohs scale. It is used in the food, chemical, construction, pharmaceutical industries, as well as in research laboratories, where it is required to obtain material with a very high degree of fineness.
