SojaPress 300 – Soy Extrusion and Oil Pressing Line

SojaPress-300 is a modern and well-designed technological line for extrusion and pressing oil from soybean seeds. The device enables processing of up to 300 kg of raw material per hour and ensures high quality of the obtained oil as well as so-called by-products – soybean cake and meal.

The line has been created for professional producers of feed and vegetable oil, agricultural farms and food processing plants.

SojaPress-300 carries out the entire, full process of soybean seed processing – from calibration and cleaning, through dehulling and extrusion, all the way to oil pressing and final cooling of the cakes. Thanks to integrated technological solutions, every stage takes place smoothly and automatically, which allows to maintain high efficiency and consistent product quality.

The line consists of several cooperating components.

These are:

• flexible and belt conveyors,
• seed calibrator KZ-500, soybean dehuller,
• extruder EGK-350,
• double oil press WT-150 DUO,
• solid particle separator,
• belt cooler PT-Z with fans,
• oil filter with pump
• control panel

Operating principle

Soybeans from a specially designated area are fed by a flexible screw conveyor into the calibrator, where preliminary cleaning from impurities and heavy admixtures takes place. An aspiration system removes excess dust.

Calibrated seed is then transported by conveyor to thedehuller, where the shell is separated. The cleaned soybean kernel after dehulling is moved to theextruder, where it is treated thermally using the extrusion method.

Extruded soybeans (meal) are then delivered by conveyor to thepress, and after pressing the cake is fed onto a conveyor with cooling baskets and becomes ready for packing.

The oil from the sediment tank, after a short settling period, is cleaned in the filtration system and directed to the storage tank.

Further sale or processing of the product takes place according to the decision of the owner or ordering party.
