Walnut Cracker/Sheller GRK-300 is a durable and reliable machine for cracking walnuts and hazelnuts for home and farm use. The specially selected technology shells nuts gently, minimizing the risk of kernel damage.

GRK-300 makes it possible to obtain a high percentage of intact halves—so-called “butterflies”—up to 70%.

The thoughtful design and adjustability let you adapt the cracker to nuts of any size, eliminating the need for prior calibration.
Using the built-in lever, you can increase or decrease the gap between the shaft and the movable plate—if the nuts do not fit into the cracking chamber or, conversely, pass through it without cracking.

The operating principle of the cracker is very simple: set the device to the nut size, start the motor, and pour in the raw material. The shell cracks as the shaft rotates with milled slots that grip the nut and press it against a metal guide inside the mechanism. As the shaft rotates, the nut is cracked and directed into a container.
The slots on the shaft are designed to gently crack the shell without damaging the kernel.
