KDM-360 is a high-performance polystyrene compactor designed for intensive operation in facilities processing large amounts of EPS waste. The machine effectively compresses expanded polystyrene into a dense, uniform briquette, reducing its volume by up to 90%.

KDM-360 polystyrene compactor is the largest machine designed for pressing polystyrene and is recommended for an annual throughput above 50 tons.

The KDM-360 screw compactor densifies polystyrene (also known as Airpop) at a ratio of 50:1. This means that where 50 trucks were previously needed to haul polystyrene (EPS) to a landfill, now only one truck is needed.

Compacted blocks reach a density of about 350 kg/m³. They can be conveniently stacked on pallets and sold for recycling. A truck or container can be loaded with approximately 20 tons of compacted material.
