What working elements make up the RD-250 rotary hay crusher:

The device is equipped with a feed hopper for supplying raw material – when working with grain, a conical hopper is used to ensure even feeding. The set includes screens with mesh sizes of 3 mm and 6 mm, which can be replaced if necessary to obtain a finer or coarser final product.
The heart of the machine is a 4 kW electric motor adapted for mains supply 220-240 V or 380-400 V, operating at a speed of 3000 rpm.
Convenient two discharge chutes make it easy to collect the finished material.

The device's efficiency is up to 500 kg/h when crushing grain and around 150 kg/h when working with hay. The obtained material can be used as high-quality feed for livestock or as raw material for granulate production. The crushed grain takes on the consistency of coarse grits, ideal as a component of a balanced feed mix.

First startup and operating instructions for the RD-250:

The crusher should be placed on a stable, level surface. Before starting, install the screen with the appropriate mesh size and prepare a container for the finished material. 

The first startup of the motor should be done without load. Then, pour the raw material into the feed hopper and push it through only with a wooden stick – never use your hands for this.
The operator's job is only to add hay or grain and replace the container after it is filled.
