Crusher / Grinder RD-250

The RD-250 Straw, Hay, and Grain Grinder is a machine that no farmer can do without. The RD-250 is designed for shredding hay, straw, and grinding grains that can be used for pelletizing feed.

What operational parts does the rotary grinder RD-250 consist of:

• A hopper for loading raw materials. For grain, a conical hopper with a 5mm mesh is installed
• 4 kW motor connected to a 220/380V network, 3000 rpm
• Two outlets for the finished material

Upon request, the mesh can be changed to smaller or larger to alter the fraction of the obtained product. The milling efficiency is up to 600 kg/h; straw grinder – 150 kg/h. The ground raw material is perfectly suitable for the production of complete, balanced feed for various domestic animal species and as a raw material for granulation.

First start-up and use of RD-250

The straw grinder / hammer mill must be installed on a stationary surface, pre-fit with an appropriate fraction mesh, and a container for finished products. Connect to a 220 or 380V network. The first engine start is performed at idle. Pour / insert the raw materials into the hopper. Under no circumstances should the raw materials be pushed by hand. Throughout the entire operation, the operator is required only to load hay or grain and change full bags.
