Wood shredder / Chipper CR-500

As a disc chipper, it produces technology-grade chips sized from 5 to 50 mm and with moisture content up to 25%. The maximum diameter of branches to be chipped is 100 mm, depending on the wood species and its moisture content.

The model is exceptionally convenient to use. During operation, the chip discharge direction can be freely rotated 360 degrees, allowing you to direct the material to the desired location. In the PTO version, the chipper housing has special mounting lugs, which allows you to mount the wood-chipping machine on a trailer.

The CR-500 chipper is powered by an 11 kW electric motor. We also offer a variant with an 18 HP gasoline engine and a model that can be powered by a tractor PTO with a minimum power of 24 HP.

Applications of branch chippers

The CR-500 chipper with an electric motor is an excellent choice for a modern farm, orchard, tree nursery, or wood processing plant. It is ideal for pelletizing lines, including the production of briquettes and pellets (fuel granulates).
