MWD-100 is a technologically advanced machine designed to produce high-quality wood wool from solid wood or wood waste. The finished material features a soft, flexible structure and is widely used for:
- packing delicate products and gifts,

- bedding for farm and domestic animals.
The production process is based on the mechanical processing of wood—cutting, planing, and shredding—until thin, wool-like fibers are obtained. The device is adapted for use with many types of wood—both softwoods (e.g., pine, spruce) and hardwoods—making it a versatile tool for various industries.
The MWD-100 machine is equipped with automatic feeding, shredding, and collection systems for the finished wool, and also allows for adjustment of the fiber thickness and width to meet the individual requirements of the customer.
