Working part of the EGK-80/100 extruder with pulleys was developed as a complete working module for EGK series feed extruders. The assembly enables efficient grain processing by the extrusion method and is a ready solution both for the construction of new devices and for the modernization of extruders in operation.

The design was created for intensive operation and high reliability. All the most important working elements were made of high-grade steel subjected to heat treatment. The hardening process increases abrasion resistance, reduces component wear, and extends their service life during daily operation.

The set includes: feed hopper, split screw housing, segmented screw, forming nut, bearing housing, eccentric dosing mechanism, and a set of pulleys. Such a solution ensures even feeding of the raw material and a stable course of the extrusion process.

One of the greatest advantages of the EGK-80/100 working part is the possibility of obtaining two types of extruded product. Depending on the forming nut used, it is possible to obtain extrudate of different shapes, which increases the versatility of the device and allows the finished product to be adapted to specific production needs.
