Description
Working part for jaw crusher BIZON-150 is a key module responsible for the material crushing process. It is a complete working assembly that can be installed in the user's own design or used as a replacement element during the modernization or repair of the crusher. This solution makes it possible to build a device in accordance with individual requirements and to reduce the costs associated with purchasing a complete machine.
The module works with an electric, petrol or diesel drive, selected by the user. The crushing mechanism is based on a movable jaw driven by an eccentric shaft. During the movement of the jaw, the distance between the movable and fixed jaw decreases, causing the material to be crushed. Then the jaw returns to its initial position, allowing the finished material to leave the crushing chamber freely.
The key working elements – the jaws – are made, as an option, of EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron (standard, included in the set) or of Mn18Cr2 high-manganese steel. These materials are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and impact. In the case of softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, the use of grey cast iron jaws is recommended. On the other hand, for crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
