Working part for jaw crusher BIZON-300 is a complete crushing module intended for the construction of new machines, modernization of existing designs, and as a spare part for the BIZON-300 jaw crusher. Thanks to its compact and durable design, the module can be easily integrated with an individual drive system and a frame prepared by the user.

The working mechanism has been designed for efficient crushing of mineral materials and construction waste. The movable jaw driven by an eccentric shaft performs a cyclic motion relative to the fixed jaw, gradually crushing the material located in the crushing chamber. After reaching the appropriate fraction, the material leaves the working chamber, enabling uninterrupted operation of the machine.

The module can operate with an electric, petrol, or diesel drive, thanks to which the user can adapt the machine configuration to their own needs and working conditions.

The key working elements – the jaws – are made, optionally, of EN-GJL-250 grey cast iron (standard, included in the set) or of high-manganese steel Mn18Cr2. These materials are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and impacts. In the case of softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, the use of grey cast iron jaws is recommended. For crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
