Working part for jaw crusher BIZON-450 is a complete crushing assembly intended for the construction of efficient jaw crushers, modernization of existing machines, and quick replacement of a worn working module. The design has been developed for intensive operation and work with materials of high hardness.

The module uses a proven crushing mechanism based on the cooperation of the movable jaw and the fixed jaw. The eccentric shaft sets the movable jaw in reciprocating motion, thanks to which the material is gradually compressed, split, and crushed. After reaching the appropriate grain size, the material automatically leaves the crushing chamber, which enables continuous operation of the machine.

Due to its universal design, the module can operate with an electric, gasoline, or diesel drive, which allows the machine to be adapted to operating conditions and the available drive source.

The key working elements – the jaws – are made, optionally, of grey cast iron EN-GJL-250 (as standard, included in the set) or of high-manganese steel Mn18Cr2. These materials are characterized by high resistance to abrasion and impact. In the case of softer materials, such as brick or ceramics, the use of jaws made of grey cast iron is recommended. For crushing hard materials, such as fieldstone or granite, jaws made of high-manganese steel are recommended.
