X0ps Pallet Wrapper with the Power Pre-Stretch system is a robust industrial packaging machine offering smooth carriage adjustment and 6 automatic wrapping programs. It comes standard with a 200% film pre-stretch system and an electromagnetic brake for film tensioning. The device can handle up to 30 pallets per hour, although efficiency depends on the working mode, pallet size, and wrapping method. In addition to automatic modes, the X0ps also offers manual programs, giving the user full control over the wrapping process. The turntable diameter is 1650 mm, the maximum load weight is 2000 kg, and the pallet size is 1200 x 1200 mm. This model ensures fast and effective securing of loads on pallets, making it ideal for use in various industries. Additionally, it is equipped with an advanced diagnostic system.

Touchscreen functions

The interface allows operation in Polish, Ukrainian, and English. From the touchscreen, you can intuitively program parameters such as the number of wraps at the top and bottom of the pallet, the number of up-down cycles, turntable speed, film overlap size, and photocell delay for film overhang beyond the edge of the pallet. The device enables saving 6 individual programs. Manual mode allows you to control the film carriage by hand. Additionally, it saves statistics on wraps, working time, and service checks, and features diagnostics for all sensors.
