The KDM-360 Styrofoam compactor is the largest machine for compacting Styrofoam and is recommended for an annual volume of over

50 tons. The KDM-360 screw compactor can seal Styrofoam (also known as Airpop) in a ratio of 50:1. Previously, it took 50 trucks to take

Styrofoam (EPS) to the landfill, now only one truck can do it. The density of the compacted blocks is approx. 350 kg / m3. Compacted blocks

can be stacked on a pallet and sold for recycling. The truck or container can load approx. 20 tons.

The KDM-360 Styrofoam compactor is a large, strong, versatile equipment that seals many different materials, including heavy materials,

when other equipment is no longer able to process it.

How it works:

The Styrofoam (EPS) is pre-ground in the tank, and the auger and automatic hydraulic clamp press the EPS into hard, uniform blocks.
