Kozak-2 ZN Aerator is a device designed to improve ventilation in stored grain. Proper air circulation is key to maintaining optimal storage conditions, especially in terms of temperature and humidity.
The galvanized version of the aerator guarantees high resistance to corrosion and adverse weather conditions. The zinc coating extends the lifespan of the device, ensuring its reliability in high humidity environments and challenging storage conditions.
The Kozak-2 Aerator operates in two modes: air supply and moisture extraction from the grain pile. This allows ventilation to be adapted to current storage conditions—air supply mode delivers fresh air deep into the grain, while extraction removes excess moisture, preventing the development of mold and fungi. The Kozak-2 ZN 230 Aerator, thanks to its performance and longevity, is the perfect solution for grain storage in various storage conditions. By drying the grain it effectively prevents the development of mold and the loss of crop quality.
The model is suitable for traditional warehouses as well as modern silos, allowing for broad use in agriculture.
The airflow through the grain mass is made using a special aeration tube with an airstream produced by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. Installation of the aerator is done in the grain pile by screwing the aeration tube into the layer of the grain mass.
