Description
The Kozak-2 ZN aerator is a device designed to improve ventilation in stored grain. Proper aeration of the grain is key to maintaining optimal storage conditions, particularly in terms of temperature and humidity.
The galvanized version of the Kozak-2 aerator guarantees long-lasting protection against corrosion and weather conditions. The zinc coating extends the life of the device, increasing its reliability even in environments with elevated humidity and challenging storage conditions.
The Kozak-2 grain fan operates in two modes: air supply and exhaust from the grain pile. This enables precise adjustment of circulation to storage conditions– in supply mode, fresh air penetrates the grain, while exhaust mode removes excess moisture, preventing the development of mold and fungi.

Applications of the Kozak-2 ZN 400 V grain fan
Kozak-2 Zn aerator thanks to its efficiency and longevity is the ideal solution for storing grains in various storage conditions. By drying the grain it effectively prevents mold development and crop quality loss.
This model is suitable for traditional warehouses as well as modern silos, allowing for wide application in agriculture.
Blowing the grain mass is performed through a special aeration tube by a stream of air generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. Installation of the aerator takes place in the grain pile by screwing the aeration tube into the grain mass layer.
