The galvanized version of the Kozak-3 ZN aerator has been designed to provide long-lasting resistance to atmospheric factors and corrosion, which increases its durability and reliability, especially in challenging storage conditions. The zinc coating extends the device’s lifespan and enables usage in various environments, including places with increased humidity.

The Kozak-3 aerator operates in two modes: blowing air into the grain mass and extracting air from the heap. This functionality allows you to adjust ventilation to the current conditions of stored crops and the user's needs. The air-injection mode is ideal for introducing fresh air into deeper layers of grain, while the air extraction mode removes excess moisture from stored grain, which can prevent mold and fungal growth.

Applications

The Kozak-3 ZN aerator by Technomaszbud provides effective air circulation in grains thanks to an aeration pipe with a diameter of 140 mm. Thanks to its efficiency and longevity, it is the ideal solution for effective storage of grain in various warehouse conditions, preventing mold growth and loss of crop quality.

Blowing the grain mass is carried out via a special aeration pipe with an air stream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. Installation of the aerator is done by screwing the aeration pipe into the grain heap.
