Aerator Kozak-3 ZN is a device created with agriculture in mind, whose main task is to improve ventilation in stored grain. Proper air circulation is crucial for maintaining optimal storage conditions, especially in terms of temperature and humidity. Excessive moisture and improper temperatures can lead to the development of mold and fungi, which affects the quality and quantity of crops.

Galvanized version of the Kozak-3 ZN aerator has been designed to be resistant to atmospheric factors and rusting, which significantly extends its service life and reliability, especially in challenging storage conditions. The zinc coating provides additional protection, allowing the device to be used in environments with increased humidity.

Kozak-3 grain fan operates in two modes: blowing air in to the grain mass and extraction of air from the pile. The blowing mode is ideal for introducing fresh air into deeper layers of grain, while the extraction mode enables effective removal of excess moisture, which protects against the development of mold and fungi.

Application of grain aerators/fans

The Kozak-3 ZN aerator by Technomaszbud provides efficient air circulation in grain thanks to the 140 mm diameter aeration pipe. It is a perfect solution for farmers who want to store grain effectively in various storage conditions, preventing overheating, mold development, and loss of crop quality.

Blowing through the grain mass is done using a special aeration pipe with an airstream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed into the grain pile by screwing the aeration pipe into the grain mass layer.
