Kozak-4 ZN Aerator is a device designed with agriculture in mind, aimed at improving ventilation in stored grain. Proper air circulation is crucial for maintaining optimal storage conditions, especially in terms of temperature and humidity. Excess humidity and improper temperature can lead to the development of mold and fungi, which affects both the quality and quantity of the crops.

Galvanized version of the Kozak-4 ZN aerator has been designed to provide long-lasting resistance to atmospheric factors and corrosion, increasing its durability and reliability, especially under challenging storage conditions. The zinc coating extends the device’s lifespan and enables its use in various environments, including areas with increased humidity.

Kozak-4 Aerator operates in two modes: air injection into the grain mass and air extraction from the pile. This functionality allows ventilation to be adjusted to the current storage conditions of the crops and the needs of the user. The air injection mode is ideal for introducing fresh air into the deeper layers of grain, while the air extraction mode allows for removing excess moisture from the stored grain, which may help prevent mold and fungi development.

Application

Kozak-4 ZN Aerator by Technomaszbud ensures effective air circulation in grain thanks to the use of an aeration pipe with a diameter of 140 mm. Thanks to its performance and longevity, it is a perfect solution for effective grain storage in various warehouse conditions, preventing mold development and loss of crop quality.

Grain mass aeration is carried out by a special aeration pipe using an air stream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed in the grain pile by screwing the aeration pipe into the layer of grain mass.
