Feed mixer MP-300

Feed mixer MP-300 is a simple and reliable device for mixing dry feed ingredients. The MP-300 allows for preparation of dry feed mixtures for farm animals. The mixer can also prepare raw material for later pelleting.

The MP-300 is made of structural steel and equipped with a vertical screw mechanism. This ensures constant movement of the material from the bottom to the top, guaranteeing uniform feed mixing. The mixer is adapted for pneumatic feeding of raw materials, which greatly improves efficiency.

The MP-300 can be operated in conjunction with the KRAFT-4 grinder or as part of a larger pelleted feed production line.

This feed mixer offers several ways to load the mixture:

1. Top – through the loading port.
   
2. Rear side – on the lid, behind the loading port, there are two plugs with a diameter of 160 mm. After removing one, the raw material can be loaded into the mixer using a cyclone.
3. Pneumatic – after removing both plugs, raw material can be injected through one of the holes, while air can be discharged through the other to filters or a cyclone. In this case, it's important to use a fan of moderate strength.
