FEED MIXER WIR-1000 WITH FEEDER

WIR-1000 Feed Mixer is a compact and efficient device designed for preparing feed mixtures with a moisture content of up to 60%. The horizontal design of the device and the use of an efficient agitator ensure mixture uniformity of up to 95%.

A mixing time of 5–10 minutes allows for up to 6 mixing cycles per hour. The mixer runs on a 2.2 kW electric motor, which guarantees reliable and stable operation.

WIR-1000 is made of special tool steel, painted with Hammerite hammer finish paint. Easy assembly and disassembly make the device convenient for everyday use. The top cover consists of two parts—an inspection hatch for adding materials in bags, and a large main cover, which facilitates manual loading and process monitoring.

Thanks to special nozzles, it is also possible to introduce liquid ingredients. The nozzles are not included in the set.

WIR-1000 can operate independently or in combination with devices such as a scale, separator, steel discharge auger, or shredders: KRAFT or RD.
