Used complete LDG 3000 COMBI line with insulated dryer and belt conveyor 

The LDG-3000 COMBI pellet and feed production line from TechnoMaszBud, based on the PRIME-300 pelletizer, is designed to produce granules from 2 mm to 8 mm from various types of raw materials, including sawdust, shavings, dust, and other waste from the woodworking and sawmill industries. Also suitable for making animal feed. 

The line includes:

1. PS-200 screw feeder:

This unit consumes 0.75 kW of electrical power and has smooth feed rate adjustment via a frequency inverter.

2. Moisturizing system:

The main components of the moisturizing system are: valve, pump, 100-liter water tank, nozzle. The system is connected to a stand above the working section, allowing the required, metered amount of moisture to be added during pelleting. Power consumption 0.37 kW.

3. Reliable PRIME-300 pelletizer:

The PRIME-300 granulator easily handles various types of raw materials with a capacity of up to 300 kg/hour for sawdust pellets and up to 700 kg/hour for feed pellets. Different motors are installed depending on the material: 30 kW for feed, 22 kW for pellets.

4. Calibrator – cooler for granules/pellets KC-100:

This unit provides additional product cooling, as pellets heat up during pelleting. The device removes dust and fines using a special drum. This unit consumes 0.12 kW.

5. Closed SO-2 extraction system:

Using a fan, this device provides the air circulation needed to cool the pellets and collects screened residual raw material and dust in a container in the form of bags mounted on it. Power: 1.5 kW.

6. Control panel:

Compact dimensions and a built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient for installation near the production line. The panel includes  an ammeter and thermal overload protection for each motor in the line

7. Insulated SA 400 dryer 

8. PT 1000 belt conveyor with fans 

Cables for connecting the line are not included

The LDG-3000 COMBI pellet production line can process various types of raw materials: 

- wood waste – up to 300/350 kg/hour; 

- straw – up to 300 kg/hour; 

- feed – up to 700 kg/hour; 

- sunflower husk – up to 350 kg/hour; 

The key requirement is meeting the specified particle size and moisture content of the processed raw materials.
