The MB-1000 hammer mill is a versatile and efficient device designed for grinding a wide range of raw materials, such as wood chips, shavings, sawdust, grain, and husks. Thanks to the adjustable fraction size (6–20 mm, depending on the screen), the mill is perfect for many applications, including feed, pellet, and briquette production, as well as other industrial processes. It is ideal for processing materials with moisture content up to 60%, guaranteeing optimal operation without the risk of motor overload.

The MB-1000 can operate as a standalone device or as part of the LDG production line. Equipped with powerful motors (55 kW and 7.5 kW), it ensures high performance with minimal energy consumption. Its sturdy construction (1980 kg) and well-thought-out design (dimensions: 2824x1393x1667 mm) make it indispensable in the wood and feed industries.
