Jaw crusher BIZON-300 with electric motor

Bizon-300-E Crusher is a more powerful version in the series of jaw crushers, designed for crushing concrete, stone, rubble, and brick. Thanks to its robust construction and enlarged working opening (300 × 200 mm), it offers higher efficiency and is suitable for more demanding applications. The Bizon-300 model is also available in a petrol engine version for use in the field, as well as the most mobile version — a jaw crusher on wheels, which allows work even in hard-to-reach places.

Operating principle

The jaw crusher is powered by the motor of your choice – either petrol or electric. The movable jaw plate moves up and down via an eccentric shaft. The angle and distance between the fixed jaw plate and the movable plate become smaller as the movable plate descends — that’s when the material is crushed into pieces. The distance increases when the movable jaw rises. When the movable plate moves away from the fixed plate by means of springs, the broken particles leave the working zone.
