Kozak-2 grain Aerator, 400 V, 1.5 kW

KOZAK‑3M (400 V) is a professional grain aerator with three-phase power supply, designed for efficient grain ventilation, aeration of the grain and intensive grain drying in large warehouses, silos and storage yards. Thanks to its higher voltage, the motor operates stably under continuous and heavy-duty conditions.
Equipped with an efficient radial fan (1.5 kW), it ensures air flow up to 1500 m³/h — this enables quick and uniform cooling of the grain, reduces the risk of mold development, and increases the durability of the product. The mechanical, mobile design and functional nozzle make the KOZAK‑3M (400 V) a versatile grain fan ready to facilitate tasks in various locations.

KOZAK‑3M (400 V) is intended for professional tasks related to grain ventilation, aerating the grain and drying grain in large storage piles. Thanks to three-phase power, high efficiency, and mobile design – it proves itself in large silos, drying halls and storage warehouses, ensuring efficient protection of the raw material quality.

Blowing air through the grain mass is carried out by means of a special aeration pipe with an air stream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed in the grain pile by screwing the aeration pipe into the layer of the grain mass.

The aerator is suitable for use:
