Kozak-2 grain Aerator, 400 V, 1.5 kW

KOZAK-4 (400 V) is a grain aerator, designed for the effective ventilation and aeration of grain piles stored in silos, warehouses, or flat-bottom tanks.

The process of blowing and aerating the grain takes place through a special ventilation pipe, which is driven by a high-pressure, centrifugal axis fan. The aerator is installed by screwing the ventilation pipe into the layer of the granular mass—that is, the pile.

As the aerator pipe rotates, it moves grain within the pile and blows air into the lower parts of the storage.

Aerating the grain and maintaining optimal storage conditions prevents the development of microorganisms that can cause significant damage to crops, or even contaminate the finished grain product.

Application

KOZAK-4 grain dryer (400 V) mainly serves for preserving fresh grain, including cooling and pre-drying using active ventilation. 

The KOZAK aerator allows for longer storage of raw materials in the warehouse. 

It is worth noting that before sowing, the grain should be heated, which can also be done using the aerator.

Blowing through the grain mass is carried out via a special aeration pipe with an air stream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed in the grain pile by screwing the aeration pipe into the layer of the grain mass.
