Kozak-2 grain Aerator, 400 V, 1.5 kW

KOZAK-4 (230 V) is a grain aerator designed for effective ventilation and aeration of grain piles stored in silos, warehouses or flat-bottom tanks.
The process of blowing and aerating the grain takes place through a special ventilation pipe, driven by a high-pressure, centrifugal axial fan. Installing the aerator involves screwing the ventilation pipe into the layer of granular mass — i.e. the pile.

As the aerator tube rotates, it moves the grain within the pile and blows air into the lower layers of the stockpile.

Aerating the grain and maintaining optimum grain storage conditions prevents the development of microorganisms, which can cause significant damage to crops or even contaminate the final grain product.

Applications

KOZAK-4 Grain Dryer (230 V) is designed for preserving fresh grain, including cooling and partial drying using active ventilation.

KOZAK 4 allows longer storage of raw material in the warehouse. It is important to note that before sowing, grain needs to be heated, which can also be done using the aerator.

Blowing through the grain mass takes place via a special aeration tube with an air stream generated by a high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed in the grain pile by screwing the aeration tube into the mass of grain.
