Kozak-2 grain Aerator, 400 V, 1.5 kW

KOZAK-2 (400 V) is an industrial grain aerator, designed for effective grain ventilation and aeration of grain in large warehouses, silos, and flat-bottomed tanks. Adapted for use with three-phase 400 V power supply, it ensures efficient and stable operation under intensive use conditions.

The device is equipped with a reliable 1.5 kW centrifugal fan, enabling efficient grain drying, which reduces the risk of grain overheating and mold growth. Its compact design and easy operation make the KOZAK-2 (400 V) suitable for both farms and facilities storing grain on a larger scale.

Application

The KOZAK-2 (400 V) grain dryer is adapted for grain ventilation, grain aeration, as well as intensive grain drying in larger storage facilities or silos. High airflow efficiency, made possible by three-phase power supply, is complemented by a compact design, which allows for easy movement of the equipment and maintenance of optimal storage conditions anywhere.

Blowing air through the bulk grain mass is performed with a special aeration pipe by means of an airstream generated by the high-pressure centrifugal fan. The aerator is installed in the grain pile by screwing the aeration pipe into the grain mass layer.
