Operation of the complete line:

• The raw material is poured into the hopper of the calibrator/screw feeder KPS-600;
• The calibrator separates impurities and fine fractions, and the purified raw material is transported by a screw to the pipeline of the SA-800 dryer;
• In the refractory furnace, the combustion chamber heats refractory bricks, which in turn raise the air temperature in the aerodynamic system of the dryer;
• Hot air from the furnace is injected into the pipeline system, where it mixes with the dried material;
• The dried material goes into the PS-200 DUO feeder and is transported by a screw to BT-350 briquetting machines;
• In the briquetting machines, the raw material is pressed into briquettes;
