Mechanical Piston Briquetting Press BT-350

BT-350 Mechanical Piston Briquetting Press is professional equipment designed for briquetting wood waste in production lines with a capacity of over 200 kg/h. The crank mechanism ensures stable production of high-quality briquettes with energy consumption as low as 15 kW/h. The device is perfect as a briquetting press for straw, sawdust, shells, wood chips, etc.

The impact extrusion method and dust recycling make it possible to achieve a briquette density of up to 1.4 kg/cm² without the use of binders or heaters. The lignin contained in the raw materials acts as a natural binder under the influence of temperature and pressure.

BT-350 Briquetting Press allows you to optimize wood waste management by transforming it into fuel with a calorific value similar to coal but with many times lower ash content.

The set includes: a cooling line (3 m), a tank, and a control cabinet.

The device can be purchased separately or as part of a complete package, such as the Briquette Production Line LDB-350 I 44.5 kW or Briquette Production Line with SA-400 Dryer.
