Mechanical Piston Briquetting Press BT-350
- Product Code: BT-350
Description
The BT-350 mechanical-piston press is used as professional equipment in technological lines with a capacity of over 200 kg/h. The reliable design of the briquette machine (crank mechanism) ensures stable production of high-quality products with low energy consumption. The mechanical-piston briquette machine creates briquettes according to the principle of impact extrusion.

Film: BT-350 MAX Briquette Production Line | Briquetting of Chips + Leaves:
Briquetting technology has been developed for recycling waste generated in the wood processing, grain processing, flax processing, etc.
Briquetting is the process of pressing finely ground waste under high pressure without the use of binding agents. The moisture content of the pressed material should not exceed 12%, and the particle sizes should range from 2 to 10 mm (up to 25 mm for straw). Under high pressure and heat, lignin is released from the raw materials, which acts as a binder and keeps the briquette in a compacted state.

Briquetting technology is used in processing wood waste into high-calorific, environmentally friendly heating fuel. Recycling waste into briquettes solves the problem of waste storage generated during the operations of woodworking shops, sawmills, and oil mills.
The fuel briquette obtained through pressing, due to its high utility properties, finds a wide application both in individual households and in industrial heating systems.
In terms of calorific value, the briquette is slightly different from coal, and the ash content is several dozen times lower. An undeniable advantage is that the sulfur emission during briquette combustion is practically close to zero, making it an environmentally friendly fuel.
Film: Saw Dust/Straw Briquetting | Mechanical-Piston Briquette Machine BT-350:
Fuel briquettes have a wide range of applications and can be used in all types of stoves, domestic and industrial boilers. They also burn excellently in fireplaces, ovens, or grills. A significant advantage of briquettes is the consistency of temperature during burning for 1.5 to 2 hours.
The mechanical-piston briquette machine BT-350 has an optimal efficiency-to-energy consumption ratio and is a very cost-effective and competitive investment!
