Pellet production line LDG-3000 (MAX+)

LDG-3000 MAX+ granulation line is a complete solution designed for granulating various types of raw materials, including materials used for pellet and feed production. The line structure has been developed for smooth feeding of the prepared raw material to the pellet mill, its granulation, and then cooling and cleaning of the finished product.

LDG-3000 MAX+ version is distinguished by the use of the PS-1500 screw feeder with a capacity of 1.5 m³, which simultaneously performs the function of a cyclone. Such a solution makes it possible to combine storage and even feeding of the raw material with dust removal. The line can also be connected to an additional grinder and a pneumatic conveyor, which makes it possible to adapt the system to the raw material used and the organization of the production process.

How does the LDG-3000 MAX+ line work?

The prepared raw material goes to the PS-1500 screw feeder, from where it is evenly directed to the PRIME-300 pellet mill. Depending on the type of material, a humidification system can also be used in the process, which makes it possible to add water to the raw material during granulation.

In the pellet mill, the material is subjected to the granulation process, as a result of which granulate with the required diameter is produced. The finished product is then directed to the KC-200 calibrator-cooler, where it is cooled and cleaned of dust and fine crumbs. The closed extraction system SO-2 supports air circulation and the collection of residues generated during the operation of the line.

The LDG-3000 MAX+ line includes:

• Pellet Mill / Granulator PRIME-300 - the main device responsible for granulating the prepared raw material.
• Screw feeder PS-1500 - a tank with a capacity of 1.5 m³, used for even feeding of the raw material to the pellet mill and also performing the function of a cyclone.
• Calibrator-cooler for pellets KC-200 - intended for cooling the finished granulate and removing dust and fine crumbs.
• Extraction System SO-2 - responsible for air circulation and collecting dust and raw material residues.
• LDG-3000 MAX+ control panel - used for operation and control of the work of the individual elements of the line.
• LDG humidification system - an injection system with a stand, enabling the addition of moisture to the raw material during the granulation process.

Raw materials for granulation

LDG-3000 MAX+ can be used for granulating various materials, depending on their preparation and properties. The line is used in the processing of raw materials used for the production of pellet and feed granulate.

• pine sawdust - up to 400 kg/h,
• straw in fine fraction - up to 350 kg/h,
• husks - up to 380 kg/h,
• feed - up to 700 kg/h.

The achieved capacity is influenced, among other things, by the type and preparation of the raw material. In the case of materials requiring prior grinding, it is possible to connect additional devices preparing the raw material for the granulation process.

Possibility of line expansion

One of the advantages of the LDG-3000 MAX+ configuration is the possibility of adapting it to a specific technological process. An additional hay grinder and a pneumatic conveyor can be connected to the line. This makes it possible to expand the system with further stages of raw material preparation and transport.

The selection of additional devices depends on the type of processed material and the method of organization of the entire process. Thanks to this, the line can be configured appropriately to the needs of pellet or feed granulate production.
