Screw Oil Press WT-50 DUO

The WT-50 Duo screw press for oil extraction is designed for oil production using the cold pressing method. The device achieves output of up to 12 liters per hour. The raw materials can include rapeseed, milk thistle, flaxseed, sunflower seeds in hulls and other oil-bearing plants. For other seeds, it is possible to test them in the showroom. The WT-50 Duo oil press is an advanced version of our reliable WT-50 oil seed pressing machine, which consists of two WT-50 working units.

Oil production process

• The seeds are poured into the hopper,
• Via an adjustable slider, seeds enter the screw conveyors,
• The screws crush the seeds and push them into the pressing chamber, where pressure necessary for oil extraction is generated,
• Oil flows down into the gutter through special holes in the pressing chamber cylinder,
• The level of oil extraction is controlled by the end nut,
• The oil cake (press cake) exits through the hole in the end nut.
