SojaPress 300 Mini – Soy Extrusion and Oil Pressing Line

The SojaPress-300 MINI is a compact and technologically advanced line designed for the extrusion and pressing of oil from soybean seeds. The device can process 300 kg of raw material per hour while ensuring high quality of both the obtained oil and oilcake—a valuable by-product.

The line is designed for smaller farms, companies involved in vegetable oil production, and for ecological soybean processing.

Thanks to its integrated design, the process from seed processing to final product runs smoothly and automatically.

The SojaPress-300 MINI line consists of several cooperating devices:

• Extruder / EGK-350 extruder – subjects the soybeans to thermal treatment via extrusion, increasing the nutritional value of the meal.
• Screw conveyor PS-1 – transports extruded soy to the oil press.
• Double WT-150 DUO oil press – enables obtaining oilcake ready for further use as well as crude vegetable oil.

Operating principle

The soybeans are directed to the extruder, where they undergo thermal treatment in the extrusion process.
The extruded soy (meal) is fed by the conveyor to the press, and after pressing, the oilcake can be placed on a cooling conveyor and becomes ready for packaging. The conveyor is not part of the set.

The oil, meanwhile, passes from the tank, after a short settling period, through a filtration process and then to a storage tank. The filter and tank are not part of the set.
Further use or sale of the finished product is at the discretion of the owner or customer.
