We started our activity with the production of compact devices that allow the production of fuel pellet and granulated feed at home. Affordable price, various modifications and mobility made the market in demand for these devices. Then the interest of entrepreneurs increased, at first only in our country, but soon began to flow orders from abroad. The demand for more efficient and large-sized equipment quickly increased.
After 7 years of operation, we offer modern and highly efficient granulation lines that allow for the production of high quality fuel granules, namely:
• high combustion and heat transfer performance;
• low ash content;
• low humidity;
• high bulk density.
High quality characteristics also has a ready-made feed granules:
• high nutritional value;
• easy digestibility;

The production of fuel granules is particularly important for small and medium-sized enterprises. The number of product distribution channels is increasing. Pellet boilers have become a salvation for households and business owners, because the prices for biofuel – pellet are quite affordable.
Pellets are heated houses and outbuildings, they are used for bio-houses. This type of fuel is also used in production plants.
An undoubted advantage is also environmentally friendly fuel. During the combustion of pellets, no harmful chemicals are emitted into the atmosphere, and this means that we have finally begun to fight the global problem of harmful emissions. In Europe, fuel pellets are produced from the waste of the wood industry: bark, sawdust, chips, but also popular is the production of pellets from sunflower husks, straw, rapeseed, sugar cane. Currently, agricultural enterprises do not need to dispose of waste after harvesting from the fields and eagerly use it to produce fuel pellets on their own.
LINE FOR GRANULATION, PELLET PRODUCTION FROM THE COMPANY "TECHNOMASZBUD"
Thus, for the production of high-quality pellet requires a comprehensive equipment that will allow:
1. weighting of raw materials for the production of compound feed;
2. grinding of raw materials for further granulation;
3. drying sawdust to improve combustion efficiency;
4. granulation of raw materials;
5. cooling of granules;
6. transport of granules into big-bag bags.
For the whole process, an extraction system is also needed, which will collect dust. This dust can be used in future production.
One of the most important features that a granulation line should have is savings in terms of energy consumption. Among all the advantages, the granulation line should be economical in its energy costs, otherwise the own costs of the granules will be too high. Our granulation lines meet all the requirements necessary to run a profitable business. The pellet and granule production line consists of the following components:
1. Hammer mill (punch mill) to reduce sawdust and grain mold (during testing).
2. Aerodynamic dryer for drying raw materials.
3. Tray for loading and even feeding of raw materials.
4. Humidifier and Mixer.
5. Granulator / pellet machine to choose from depending on the desired capacity.
6. Pellet cooler / calibrator.
7. Exhaust System "Cyclone" collects dust and steam from the working parts.
8. Conveyor belt for feeding finished raw materials to big-bags.
All nodes are controlled by one operator. To work on the granulation line, no special training is required, everything practically comes down to automation. The operator's task is to feed raw materials and track the production process (control windows are installed at each node). Control is carried out using a special block, the operation of which is understandable to everyone.
WHY IS OUR GRANULATION LINE MAXIMALLY ADAPTED TO MARKET CONDITIONS?
The granulation line of the company "Technomaszbud" was created with the idea that energy prices are rising from year to year. We also tried to create a small plant that can be assembled on our own. For example, different granulators with different performance indicators for 1 hour can be installed on the lines. You can also choose the speed of the conveyor belt, as well as order different dies, so that you can produce granules of different diameters.
You can also be guided by the power indicators depending on what range of products you need to make in a month. In a word, we assemble our own granulation line adapted to the conditions of the company. An example production volume is from 300 kg to 1000 kg.
