PRIME-200 PRO - is a pellet press with a capacity of 220 kilograms per hour. With a durable 15 kW motor and rollers with a diameter of 148 mm, the PRIME-200 PRO handles various raw materials. The installed die in the pellet mill has a diameter of 216 mm. The pellet mill is supplied with one die, with the hole size chosen by the buyer. Options are available for 6 mm and 8 mm pellets with different thicknesses (depending on the raw material).

Thanks to the powerful motor installed in the granulator and the moving pressing rollers, the PRIME-200 PRO can process not only softwood sawdust but also hardwood. Pine sawdust is most commonly used for producing heating pellets due to its high lignin content, a natural binding substance. Hardwood has virtually no lignin, but the PRIME-200 PRO pellet mill generates high pressure under the rollers, allowing it to process hardwood sawdust effortlessly. Additionally, the PRIME-200 PRO granulator can be used to produce pellets from sunflower husks and various types of straw. You only need to get a few dies: one for feed and one for pellets.
