Calibrator – KPS-400 Screw Feeder is a reliable machine designed for simultaneous screening and feeding of raw material.

The KPS-400 model is equipped with a drum screener, which enables effective separation of bark, wood pieces, branches, and other large-fraction contaminants from the raw material. This ensures that clean and uniform material free of contaminants proceeds to the next production stage.

The KPS-400 calibrator with feeder has a hopper with a capacity of 0.2 m³. The feed rate can be adjusted using a frequency inverter (VFD) (optional). The design consists of a support tube with an internal screw, a loading hopper with agitator and a drum screener.

KPS-400 can be part of a larger feed production line or pellet production line, e.g. LDG-2000 KOMBI, LDG-3000 KOMBI, LDG-4000 KOMBI. KPS-400 also performs well in aerodynamic dryers, e.g. SA-400.

Thanks to its design, it ensures continuous operation, high efficiency, and precise feeding of material to the pellet mill or other machines.
