Extruder for pet food production ESK-60

ESK-60 Extruder is an advanced device dedicated to producing feed for pets and livestock such as dogs, cats, fish, goats, and cows. The extrusion technology used in the device has been enhanced with special electric heaters that maintain a constant temperature in the processing section. This ensures uniform operation and a very high quality of the final product.

The device is equipped with an automatic system for adjusting the feed rate of the raw material and interchangeable dies that allow the production of feed in various shapes (triangle, circle, heart, bone) and sizes (from 1 to 20 mm). Thanks to precision knives, it is possible to precisely control the pellet length. The dry feed produced by the ESK - 60 is nutritionally rich and easy to store.

The finished feed can float on the water surface for up to 30 minutes, enabling effective fish feeding without polluting the tank.

The set includes three dies: with a circular, heart-shaped, and triangular hole.
