Description
LDG-3000 DUO Line is the latest solution from TechnoMaszBud. Thanks to the requirements of our customers and the experience of our engineering team, a line has been created that maintains the reliability of the LDG-3000 KOMBI model while at the same time offering twice the output.
This success was achieved by combining two proven PRIME-300 pellet mills into one integrated system. In the same way, screw feeders PS-200 were also combined, allowing for perfect synchronization of the raw material feeding process. Thanks to the use of two pellet mills, the system makes it possible to significantly increase the output while maintaining stable and repeatable pellet quality. The line is designed for intensive, continuous operation in farms and pellet production plants.
The LDG-3000 DUO line is intended for the production of pellets or granules with a diameter from 2 to 8 mm from various raw materials—sawdust, wood chips, wood dust, straw, cereal waste, sunflower husks, and other plant materials. It can also be used to produce granulated animal feed.
The biggest advantage of this solution is the possibility of continuous operation even during service or unexpected downtimes—if necessary, one pellet mill can be turned off for maintenance while the other continues production.

The LDG-3000 DUO Line set includes:
The feeder is designed for collecting the raw material and evenly delivering biomass to the pellet mill. This assembly has smooth feed rate adjustment via a frequency converter. Power consumption: 3 kW. Capacity: 0.4 m³
- Moistening system:
Used to ensure the proper moisture of the raw material. This system consists of: a valve, pump, 100-litre water tank, and nozzle. Moistening of the raw material is performed with the required, precisely metered amount of moisture during pelletizing, thanks to connecting the system to the stand above the working part. Power consumption: 0.37 kW.
- Reliable PRIME-300 pellet mills:
Two versatile PRIME-300 pellet mills process various types of raw materials with an actual capacity of up to 800 kg/h for sawdust pellets and up to 1400 kg/h for feed granules. Total power: 44 kW.
The hot pellets leaving the pellet mill fall onto the drum calibrating sieve. While the drum rotates, the pellets spread out in a thin layer on the surface. At the same time, an air stream produced by the fan passes through the cooling chambers. It cools the pellets, reducing their moisture, via the upper side outlet, while fine gravel and dust go via the two lower outlets through the cyclone to bags. Power usage: 0.12 kW.
- Closed extraction system SO-4:
The closed extraction system sucks excess dust and raw materials from the cooling and sorting system and collects them in bags, filtering the air from dust with two upper filter bags. The heart of the system is an efficient fan that generates the necessary negative pressure to effectively extract fine particles and dust. Power - 4 kW
- Control cabinet (control panel):
The control cabinet of the electrical devices includes electrical devices for remote, automatic control of the mechanisms and electric drives of the complex, mounted in the control cabinet. Its small size and built-in automation cooling system make the control panel reliable and convenient to mount near the production line.
The belt conveyor and connection cables are not included in the set!

LDG-3000 DUO pellet line capacity:

For your convenience, we not only offer selection of a line perfectly suited to your needs, but also the possibility of testing your raw material on our line and then help with installation, commissioning, and achieving optimal results.
Achieving the expected efficiency largely depends on maintaining proper parameters of the processed raw material, such as fraction and humidity.
The granulation line can operate as a standalone production unit, and when equipped with additional devices the process of producing pellets or compound feed becomes more efficient and automated.

PK-2 conveyor-calibrator: the main task is feeding and calibrating raw materials;
PT-250 belt conveyor: the main task is feeding and cooling the raw material;
PT-500 belt conveyor: the main task is feeding and cooling the raw material;
RD-500 shredder: the main task is grinding raw materials (straw, hay, chips, etc.) to the desired fraction;
KPS-400 calibrator-feeder: the main task is calibration of the raw material and even feeding;
Aerodynamic drying with a SA-600 calibrator: the main task is calibrating and drying raw materials.
