TechnoMaszbud offers you the LDG-3000 DUO line for the production of granules from feed mixtures.

The technological process of producing pelleted feed is as follows: first, using the KRAFT hammer mill, the ground raw material is simultaneously delivered to two MP-2000 feed mixers. After mixing the raw materials in the mixers, the mixture is fed to the granulators through a PS-200 DUO screw feeder. As the raw material moves to the granulator, it falls under the rollers and is pushed through the matrix holes. At the exit, we receive feed granulate, which is fed to the KC-200 for preliminary cooling and final calibration. After the KC-200, the granulate falls onto the PT-1000 belt conveyor with fans for additional cooling.

The LDG-3000 DUO line for producing pelleted feed consists of:

1. The KRAFT hammer mill: used for high-quality grinding of grains into fractions necessary for further processing. The possibility of pneumatic intake of raw material is provided, which will facilitate the operator's work. Capacity up to 2000 kg/h. Power consumption is 22 kW.

2. Two MP-2000 feed mixers: feed mixers are designed for the preparation of dry feed mixtures. The bags mounted on top serve as a cyclone and deposit fine particles. At the client's request, the feed mixer can be equipped with a scale. Power consumption - 2 x 3 kW.

3. Two Prime-300 granulators at 30 kW. Granulators easily process feed mixtures into granulate. The devices are equipped with stationary matrices with a diameter of 300 mm with holes from 2 to 8 mm (at the customer's choice). Power consumption 2 x 30 kW.

4. The PS-200 DUO screw feeder. This element consumes 3 kW of electricity, has a smooth regulation of the raw material feeding speed using a frequency converter. Tank capacity: 0.8 m3.

5. The KC-200 cooler-calibrator for the finished granulate. This element in the line serves the function of pre-cooling the product, which in turn heats up during granulation. Dust and production crumbs are sieved through the drum. KC-200 consumes 0.12 kW.

6. A closed extraction system. This device, using a fan, ensures the air circulation necessary to cool the granulate in the KC-200 and draw raw material residues and dust into the bags. The power used for the fan is 4 kW.

7. A moisturizing system. The main components of the moisturizing system are a solenoid valve, pump, water tank, and. This system is connected to the granulators to add the necessary amount of water to the dry material. Power consumption - 0.37 kW.

8. The PT-1000 belt conveyor with fans. It serves the function of transferring the finished granulate to a big bag.  Equipped with fans for additional cooling of the granulate.

9. Control panel for the operation of the granulation line.
