Line for feed granulation LDG-3000 (DUO)

Feed Granulation Line LDG-3000 DUO is an advanced solution designed for the production of high-quality feed pellets. Thanks to the use of two PRIME-300 pelletizers, the line achieves a capacity of up to 1400 kg/h for granulated feeds. Each pelletizer is equipped with a 30 kW motor and a 300 mm diameter die, ensuring efficient processing of various types of raw materials. In addition, the line is equipped with a humidification system, a calibrator-cooler, and a closed extraction system, guaranteeing high quality of the final product.

The technological process of granulated feed production is as follows: first, using the KRAFT hammer mill, the ground raw material is simultaneously delivered to two MP-2000 feed mixers. After mixing in the mixers, the mixture is fed to the pelletizers using the PS-200 DUO screw feeder. As the raw material moves to the pelletizer, it falls under the rollers and is forced through the holes of the die. At the exit, feed granulate is received, which is supplied to the KC-200 for preliminary cooling and final calibration. After KC-200, the granulate falls onto the PT-1000 conveyor belt with fans for additional cooling.

The granulated feed production line LDG-3000 DUO consists of:

1. KRAFT Hammer Mill: used for high-quality grinding of grains into fractions necessary for further processing. Pneumatic raw material intake is available, making the operator's job easier. Capacity up to 2000 kg/h. Power consumption is 22 kW.

2. Two MP-2000 feed mixers: these mixers are intended for preparing dry feed mixtures. Bags mounted at the top act as cyclones and collect fine particles. On request, the mixer can be equipped with a weighing system. Power consumption – 2 x 3 kW.

3. Two Prime-300 pelletizers of 30 kW each. The pelletizers easily process compound feed mixtures into granulate. The devices are equipped with stationary dies measuring 300 mm in diameter with hole sizes from 2 to 8 mm (customer choice). Power consumption 2 x 30 kW.

4. PS-200 DUO screw feeder. This element uses 3 kW of electrical energy, and the supply speed can be smoothly controlled with a frequency drive. Hopper capacity: 0.8 m³.

5. KC-200 calibrator-cooler for finished pellet. This component performs preliminary cooling of the product, which heats up during granulation. The drum sieves out dust and production crumbs. KC-200 uses 0.12 kW.

6. Closed extraction system. This device, using a fan, provides the necessary air circulation to cool the granulate in the KC-200 and draws raw material residue and dust into bags. Fan power is 4 kW.

7. Humidification system. The main components of the humidification system are: solenoid valve, pump, water tank. This system is connected to the pelletizers to add the necessary amount of water to the dry material. Power consumption – 0.37 kW.

8. PT-1000 conveyor belt with fans. Used to transport finished granulate into big-bags. Equipped with fans for additional pellet cooling.

9. Granulation line control panel.

The LDG-3000 DUO feed line delivers high efficiency (up to 1400 kg/h) with low energy consumption.
